Following its initial CES “First Look” showcase, Samsung has officially confirmed that its next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on February 25 at 1 PM ET. The presentation is expected to serve as the global launchpad for the Galaxy S26 series alongside significant updates to the Galaxy AI ecosystem.

Leaked specifications suggest a focus on raw performance and refined utility for the new flagship trio. The Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra are all rumoured to be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which should be accompanied by more generous RAM and storage configurations than previous generations. While the standard and Plus models are expected to stay the course with incremental updates, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will likely receive the most substantial hardware changes, including a completely overhauled camera system and the potential addition of Qi2 magnetic charging support.
Samsung’s wearable lineup is also due for an update with the anticipated debut of the Galaxy Buds 4 and 4 Pro. These earbuds will reportedly feature a fresh aesthetic design and support for intuitive head gestures. To improve the user experience, an Ultra Wideband (UWB) chip is expected to be integrated into the case, allowing owners to locate lost earbuds with high precision using the Google Find Hub.
Samsung has once again opened its “Reserve” program for early adopters who want to secure a discount prior to the official reveal. Customers who reserve their spot now are eligible for a $30 credit and a chance to win a $5,000 Samsung.com gift card. Once the pre-order window officially opens on event day, the company plans to offer trade-in incentives reaching up to $900 in value. For those without a device to swap, Samsung is offering a flat $150 discount for pre-orders made directly through its website.
