What is Flexispot’s return policy?
Flexispot offers returns within 30 days, but you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email to do so. All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition. Items returned in other than “like new” condition will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
What is Flexispot’s warranty?
Flexispot has varying warranties between 5 and 15 years for its standing desk frames, which cover all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and electrical components. The E7 and E8 offer 15-year warranties; the E2 and E5 have 10-year warranties; and all other standing desk models have 5-year warranties.
All Bamboo desktops include a 5-year warranty, while Chipboard, Fiberboard, Solid wood and Solid wood texture desktops are covered under a 2-year warranty.
