Asmara, 23 December 2023 – The ‘Coalition of Patriots Association held its 2nd congress today, 23 December at the National Confederation of Eritrean Workers Hall in which 44 representatives of associations took part.
The coalition association’s chairman, Mr. Solomon Tewolde, stated that the organization’s goals are to recruit new members, create action plans aimed at enhancing members’ quality of life, motivate members to participate fairly in the execution of national development initiatives, cultivate partnerships with relevant associations, organize vocational training programs, and create awareness-raising initiatives.
The association’s secretary, Mr. Gebreab Fesehaye, gave a briefing on the history and goals of the organization and reported on its five years of operations.
The participants conducted extensive discussion on the report presented and adopted various recommendations.
The participants also elected 10 members executive committee for a four-year term.
