The multimillion-Rand deal builds on a close seven-year collaboration between the two companies. Isenzo Broadcasting, the architect behind the Metacom Multimedia Centre (MMC), has played a key role in shaping Metacom’s digital content management and analytics capabilities. The partnership, founded on mutual respect and technical synergy, has now evolved into a merger that promises to unlock new growth opportunities and further a bold shared vision for the market, benefiting both companies, their stakeholders and customers.
With this acquisition, Metacom will integrate Isenzo’s innovative multimedia and analytics solutions, significantly enhancing its technology solutions portfolio. As part of the transition, Isenzo co-founders Peter Robson and Peter Scholtz have joined Metacom full-time.
